Seniors! Next Wed. Sept. 7th all of you will be touring Clinton Community College while the rest of the school completes the MAPS test. The bus will leave at 8:10 and return shortly before 1:05. CCC will give us a tour, help you work through a career assessment, discuss the FAFSA and financial aid (BRING YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS!), walk us through some career planning and provide us with lunch! This is a required trip and considered a regular school day. Students will not be attending WACC or other online classes.
MHS will be conducting the Fall MAPS test for the 2022-23 school year on Wednesday, Sept. 7. All Freshman through Juniors will report to their 4th hour classes for testing. New this year, Senior MHS students will attend a College planning workshop sponsored by Clinton Community College. Discovering college and career interests, scholarship tips, setting up your FAFSA account, and more will be covered in this “portable” workshop from CCC. All MHS WACC students are expected to test or attend the CCC workshop.
